The Barbie "Look" Has Officially Taken Over Menswear

The Barbie movie (and subsequent worldwide press tour) has captivated the world and both the movie and red carpet fashions have been a major part of people's interest. While there would be an obvious focus on the female lead, Margot Robbies, looks (and GREAT looks they were, mostly inspired by actual outfits worn by the world's most famous doll), the male stars (and supporters) of the film also served some major Barbie inspired outfits as well. What's fascinating about the male star's fashion outings during the different, global Barbie premieres is that they come at a time when men's fashion continues to push further and further beyond the boundaries of traditional menswear. From men's skirts to Barbie pink, designers and consumers are continuing to rethink what dressing like a "man" means and the Barbie red carpets were a reflection of this.
