Ingredients

1 Bunch Green Grapes

I Wedge Blue Cheese (Or Cheese of Choice)

1 Wedge Goat Cheese (Or Cheese of Choice)

1 Wedge Pecorino Romano (Or Cheese of Choice)

1 Wedge Another Cheese of Choice (Optional)

1 pack of assorted charcuterie meats or separate meats of choice (examples include salami, prosciutto and sopressata)

Fresh Strawberries

Dried Apricots

Assorted Crackers

1 Jar Fig Jam

Directions

1.    Place the grapes in the center of a (round) platter (try to purchase one around 12 inches in size if possible)

2.   Place the cheese around the grapes (the widest point of each cheese facing inward toward the grapes) and space equally

3.   Arrange the strawberries in a group in between two of the cheese and the apricots in another group between two of the other cheeses

4.   Roll OR “artfully” stuff the meats in one large group in another open space

5.   Arrange the crackers in groups by each type (include 2-3 different types) in the remaining space(s), put the fig jam in a separate jar and serve using cheese and meat utensils
