Axe Launches its Fine Fragrance Collection

Axe, the popular men’s grooming brand, recently released its new fine fragrance collection during a launch event in New York City. The collection, which features rapper Lil’ Baby as its face, includes a variety of scents such as Blue Lavender, Aqua Bergamot and Green Geranium. While Axe has not historically been known for fine scents, 70% of people included in a blind scent test actually preferred Axe's fine fragrances over colognes such as Chanel Bleu.

As a fragrance lover myself, I wanted to give the new Axe line a try and I too loved what I smelled. The Aqua Bergamot has a fresh, seaside smell while the Blue Lavender has more of a floral scent. My favorite of the three sampled was Green Geranium which mirrors more of a classic mens cologne, similar to a fragrance like Dior Homme.
